My Walgreens Trip!

I went to Walgreens today to pick up a few things, I normally do not shop at Walgreens but I did figure a few things out while I was their that I thought I would share, along with how I did.  I actually did 2 different transactions because it is easier to do several small transactions than one big one.  Also you get more Register Rewards that way.  The Register Rewards are basically rebate coupons that print when you buy certain things. and you can use these on your next trip.  But if a register reward prints for say shampoo you do not want to use that register reward to buy another bottle of shampoo or another register reward will not print. 


First Transaction

Veri Pur Hand gives you $4.00 RR so its free
Hershey Pieces 2/$5 used Walgreens coupon 2/$2 and Manufacture coupon 2/$2.00 getting both bags for a $1.00 but when she scanned the walgreens coupon it actually took off $4.00 so I got the candy free and gained a $1.00
Kotex 3/$9.00 I used 3 man. coupons for $1.50 off each and I got 3.00 in Register Rewards making them .50 a pack.
So I got $33.73 worth of stuff and actuall spent $3.49

so I got over $50.00 worth of stuff for a little over $9.00 great trip and I will be going weekly now!
